Quality at a budget price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new stove. Heats up quickly, love the warmer burner and the steam clean. The only thing I would say was not great is the first several times you use it, a weird plastic/chemical smell comes with it, but eventually goes away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put a frozen pizza on parchment in the oven. The paper immediately ignited. I have used the same parchment paper in previous electric ovens and never an issue.There should be a recall.

For proper use:
Only use parchment paper that is labeled oven-safe up to 420–450°F (depending on the brand).
Avoid placing parchment directly on the bottom of the oven; use it on a baking sheet or in a pan.
Do not use parchment under the broiler or on surfaces that could exceed the maximum temperature.
Always monitor baking items when using paper or other liners.
If the issue still persists after this tip, please don't hesitate to call us at 1-800-374-4432, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.–8 p.m. EST, and we’ll be happy to assist.
