Next-Day Replacement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was in a bind to find a dependable replacement for my old stove after my glass cooktop cracked. This Frigidaire model was pretty much the same as my old one, but with some newer features - and I was lucky enough to be able to arrange a next-day delivery. Everything about the purchase, delivery, and installation was smooth - and I'm really happy with my new range! Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had to replace a whirlpool that only lasted a couple years due to a board issue. There’s a little adjustment with the front knobs because the oven is a little lower. But it works great. I don’t find any issues accidentally turning the knobs on like some other reviewers have mentioned I would recommend this product.

Glass Top Scratches Easily

We regret buying this range a month ago and already searching for a replacement. The The glass top scratches easily with minimal use. We first noticed the first scratch when we used our faberware cookware, which has ridges on the bottom. We no longer can use that cookware and only use smooth pans, which still manage to scratch this top. The Kenmoore we donated to an appliance store did not have a single scratch after 17-years. Truly dumbfounded how this item can be sold at stores with such poor quality. We take care of everything we own (no children) to ensure it lasts. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase this model.
