Could have been a five star

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could have been a five star except for a minor problem. A few days after my purchase, the range broiler was found to be inoperative. After the inconvenience of dealing with customer care, scheduling an appt., rescheduling the appt by the service contractor who took longer than expected to respond, the problem was determined to be a loose wire not connected on the back of the range. After recrimpimg the connector, power was restored and the unit works now. Quality control should have picked this up from the start. All other features worked fine. Seems well made otherwise.

Excellent Choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now that I’ve had some time to use my new smooth top electric range, I can report that I’m very pleased with my purchase. It’s very easy to use. I like that the stove top knobs are on the front instead of the back panel. I recommend cleaning after each use so you don’t get any buildup of food, splatters, etc.
The oven heats up so quickly. It has the feature where the temp is displayed on the digital panel as it’s preheating. So cool! I timed 12 minutes to preheat to 350 F and 14 min to preheat to 375 F. Way faster than my previous oven.
The storage drawer drawer is adequate.
I have not used the steam clean feature yet, but that was a selling point for me.
