Decent machine, horrible shipping/delivery service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tower is decently built and the lighting effects actually work quite well. The parts are also not proprietary so upgrades seem to be possible. The motherboard software seems quite limited and I hope in a future update, it can be made better. The pcie's holder tab was broken off b/c the 4070ti super was too big so something to be wary of.
However, the shipping/delivery process of this machine was atrocious. I had to contact support 4+ times and they shipped it late without them even notifying me directly (I had to call). Very poor experience and any time they said they would update, nothing came afterwards (except for the final call). Very sad to see Lenovo's customer has fallen this far. I bought a laptop from them once and their warranty service was amazing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased directly from Lenovo, the shipping is faster than I thought, given that was given a very conservative delivery date in the beginning. The build quality seems good and it runs very quietly when running heavy games like Cyberpunk 2077. I'm able to get 50- 80 FPS in this game at 4k with DLSS and ray tracing on. The other nice thing I noticed is there's minimal bloatware preinstalled and you can easily uninstall them if you want. I actually kept the Lenovo apps for driver updates.
