I bought the Cuisinart Indoor Pizza Oven on impulse, but I am so glad I did. I've been using an Ooni woodfired pizza oven. I was OK with the results but it was a lot of work to get it right and the pizzas didn't always come out perfect. With the Cuisinart, they're perfect every time. We generally make individual pizzas so that everyone can top theirs exactly the way they want it, but we also most recently copied our favorite pizza from a local place. The individual ones cook in about 5 minutes and the single large pizza cooked in about 12. You can actually watch the dough rising as it cooks! In my wood fired oven the dough never rose like it does in the Cuisinart. If you eat a lot of pizza, this is the oven for you.

First time using the INDOOR PIZZA OVEN was a huge success! The undercarriage was strong with a good crisp and the dough had a good chew. The perfect New Haven style pie is possible with this 700'F oven.
