Disappointment

Got the Worx Air this week. The battery life is really bad and the air power is only average, at best. It will complete a small to average garage and driveway okay, maybe a little more, but that is about it. I haven't decided whether to keep it or not, as it is a convenient little tool that I can just grab and go without having to use a cord. But for the price, it is a disappointment.

Thank you for your review. The WORX Air replaces the need for a broom as a innovative blower/sweeper with a maximum air speed of 120 mph.
If you have a larger area to blow or need to use for an extended amount of time we recommend purchasing a second battery, so that you will have a charged back up.
Would barely move leaves on the deck much less on the pathway. Battery only lasted about 15 minutes

I have a patio that I have to sweep or hose off the small debris. This works perfect for that. I've already used it more than my big one. The big one is good for sucking and chopping up the leaves but it's bulky and heavier. I never worried about the grass that blew off the lawn before because I didn't want to get out that big blower. Now my yard, patio and driveway look great!
I purchased the Worxair about a month ago and I am very happy with it. It has about half the blowing power of the electric or gas models but that is just right for a lot of jobs I need it for. I can blow leaves out of my areas that contain mulch without blowing the mulch all over the place. Also all of the attachments are great from drying off a vehicle after a wash to cleaning out your keyboard with the small brush attachment. But the best thing is not dealing with those darn extension cords! Battery lasts about 30 minutes of constant use which is usually plenty of time for most tasks and it interchanges with the battery from my Worx trimmer. It is also very lightweight so it isn't a wrestling match like most of the blowers out there.
Very happy with its performance easy to move around great for all kinds of little jobs at home and work

Ok. I don't write reviews but I do read them. Bought this item in the spring and when it arrived I was not to impressed. Almost sent it back immediately. Decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. I'm not buying the 120 mph wind velocity it advertises but how do I gauge it. What I will tell you is 8 months later I still have it and wouldn't send it back for nothing. I just used my electric blower for the first time this year when all the leaves fell off the tree and it was annoying to get all the cords out. This little blower was perfect for all my summer jobs. Loved the light weight and convenience. Driveways, sidewalks, and porches are no problem. Buy it and don't send it back when you first try it. Use it and you will love it.
