Hello there! Thank you for sharing your experience and review we greatly appreciate it. We do recommend that you continue a charge on the batteries in the office season. Please do not leave the battery on the charger all season however once or twice a month will do. The batteries now carry a 3-year warranty, if your battery becomes defective within that time period we ask that you call the solution center for a warranty replacement. This blower is great much better than expected, the extra accessories are nice but would rather have one to hang blower on wall. Real nice to be able to pick it up and go,battery life is better than expected .
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just got a new blower to replace my old one I worked it to death. The new one (Same blower) doesn’t blow as hard as old one. Everything else is good

12 minute battery life

I charged the battery overnight , then proceeded to blow the leaves off my back porch.. I had to recharge the battery after 12 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Valued Customer. Our 20V batteries work on a variety of tools and have average runtimes of up to 30 minutes. However, blowers use more power and when the blower is on the highest setting it will deplete the battery's power more quickly. For added runtime, we recommend purchasing an additional battery to assist with tackling larger tasks. Best blower

So as I woman I have struggled for years with all the gas power tools my husband buys. Rarely could get them started on my own and would get so frustrated that I'd walk away and give up. I am so excited to have a battery powered blower, it is the perfect size, very light and still has so much power!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased a Worx battery power washer a few years back and it is really helpful for many but not all jobs that require a power washer. Because I like the product and it has held up well, I am continuing to add to my Worx products. Last week, I was shoveling snow with my Worx aerocart - another great product. Bottom line - good quality products, reasonably priced, great customer service. This is another good one.
