I bought this product about a month ago and the battery lasts about 10 min. I called and they said try it for a couple of times so it can take a charge longer. Nope it didnt work. It is very light weight which is great but the power behind it stinks.
I bought this from TV ad and didn't know how it would work, but I have used it to blow a light snowfall(fluffy snow) to clean off steps and top of Hot Tub spa. It recharges very easily. It is nice and light weight.
I purchased my WorxAir Oct. 23rd and have been using it a bit over a month. With all the attachments this is a very versatile blower suitable for many small tasks about the home. I've had another blower for over 10 years that is slightly heavier than the Worx, lasts about the same 20 minutes of continuous use, but all it does is blow debris for clean up tasks... and at only about 90mph. Needless to say the WorxAir is superior to that blower in several ways... more blowing force at 125mph and more accessories/more chores it can do. Currently I use the WorxAir mostly for blowing away the falling leaves and leaf fragments (from walks, front porch, driveway & patio) which can be very messy this time of year with a few rainy days every week and all the tracked in debris. I have come to love this blower, but... 1) I wish the battery had a higher mah capacity so run time was longer than about 20 minutes, 2) a second battery would be nice so MORE could be done at one time without the delay of a 3-4 hour recharging time, and 3) BE CAREFUL with the battery charger! The plug-in module that the battery docks with HAS EXPOSED CONTACTS when the battery is not docked! If the charger is plugged in, the outer most contacts have 12vdc across them. A shock hazard... likely no great source of permanent harm, but surely a little painful. Finally, the WorxAir will not replace a gas-powered 200mph blower for moving 100 bushels of leaves falling from dozens of mature trees from October to December. Also I bought the gutter kit, I WOULD NOT recommend it for anything other than dry leaves that have just fallen into the gutter or bunched along the roofline at the gutter... once the leaves have been wet, forget it! The 20-minute run time is a serious limitation for cleaning out gutters. I cannot get a single pass of 65 feet of gutter cleaned out before the batter gives out! Using the gutter kit is not as easy as implied on the infomercial. I would recommend the blower & accessories to a friend. I do wonder if the 32v model would have been a better choice... but that model was not compared & contrasted to the 20v model in detail during the infomercial.
I was initially excited to get the product, but after using it I wasn't so excited. I charged the battery to full and when it worked, it was fine, but that lasted maybe 10 minutes. It would be a great product if the battery could hold a charge for more than 10 minutes. Thus, I returned it.
