Not enough power to do the job. Battery life is too short, after 15 minutes, stops working.

I bought the worx air 20V after watching the TV program on it. The product is actually a great little thing to have in your shed for quick jobs. My only disappointment with the whole purchase is the battery. It has a very short lifespan for using it...less then 30 mins. I would strongly recommend getting the battery upgrade, which is a little upsetting because I feel like they should of just given me the better battery to begin with. Rather than try to convince me to buy the upgrade just add the few dollars and include it in the original deal. Would I buy it again...only if I could get the other battery and only if the other battery lasted longer than 30 mins. If you want a really awesome tool ... get the worx electric 18" chainsaw. now there is a product!

gardener blows off walkway & for some reason blows it to my door. Bought WORX to clean after gardener and found it to be so useful that now I use it all around the house.

The Worx Air is so light and easy to grab for a quick clean-up anywhere. I no longer have to drag out a long extension cord and heavy blower when I just want to clean off my deck, garage, patio, or blow grass clippings out of my flower beds. The battery lasts a long time. I love this product!

Short Battery Life

I purchased this item a few weeks ago, and overall I am pleased with its performance. My one BIG disappointment is the short battery life. The battery charge takes 3 - 3 1/2 hours to complete, and the charge only lasts 25 minutes. I have to stop my task, recharge, and complete it at a later time.
