Very Disappointed

I received my blower on Monday (June 22, 2015) and got it out of the box Saturday charged it. Sunday morning at 6:10 AM I went to my driveway and fired it up. The first problem I encountered was it would not blow a leaf out of a 1/4 in deep expansion joint. I tired for a few minutes to get that leaf out, and finally I gave up and went on to the rest of the driveway, and WOW it started to impress me. around 3/4th of the way down my driveway it shut off, so I flicked the switch off and back on, it ran for 5 more seconds and shut off again mind you I had been running it for a total of 10 minutes at that time, long story short I started using the blower at 6:10 AM and it was done for the day by 6:22 AM. I can tell you that I did not receive the same blower as the one shown on the TV, that one according to the salesmen will run all day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. Sorry to hear about the trouble that you're having with the battery. What I found out with a Lithium battery is that it can take a few charging cycles to receive a better performance. I would try giving it a few more charges and make sure its fully charged and see if that time frame improves for you.

It's so easy to get this blower out to quickly clean the garage. I don't have to get the power cord out every time I want to use the blower for a quick clean up. No cords to wind up!

Had electric blower before and needed 5 extension cords to get to the end of my driveway. Because this blower was so light, I was able to remove all the cottonwood fuzzies from my windows and screens. Wow.....what a great tool I have found. The TV did a great job advertising the Worx. I was laid up for a few weeks and watching your TV ad I was sold and couldn't wait to get The Worx. Plan to order the extender for my gutters very soon. Think I have convinced 3 of my friends to purchase The Worx after my great demonstration.

Just received the merchandise and it does not work. We have the battery fully charged but when we started to use it it would work for less than 5 seconds and it would turn off. Tried several times and it would keep turning off after a few seconds. I sent an email asking for a full refund plus cost of shipping.
Hope that we would get a quick response regarding the matter. Very disappointed with the product. Poor quality........
