DO THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY?

THEY DO! I have several WORX products and have nothing but good things to say about all of them. As it relates to the 20 volt blower. I have owned this product for 17 months when it started acting up. At first assumed it was the battery. It was not. I called WORX explaining the problem to them. 5 days later a replacement arrived at my front door. I could not ask for better service! Obviously, I have not tried all of their products but based on those I have would lead me to believe they have quality products and stand behind them when a problem occurs. Thank you WORX!

I bought this about a month ago and have been disappointed in the lack of power. I didn't expect it to be as powerful as my gas powered blower but I did expect a little more from it. Also the battery lasts about 30 minutes on a charge and then has to be recharged. All in all, I would not buy it again.

I love this WORX Air blower. It is lightweight and the Lithium battery lasts a long time before re-charges. It re-charges very quickly! My only complaint is that it took a week after ordering to ship and another week to arrive. I wasn't informed that it would take two weeks to arrive. I would have purchased it at a local home improvement store had I known this, as I needed to have it to clean up my large backyard for company.
