I was impressed with the versatility of the product along with the compact design. There were many very useful tools that made it capable of doing several tasks. When it came to using it as a blower it seemed like it lacked a bit more power. Works great with loose leaves and dirt but it wouldn't do much for me above that.

We bought this blower because it was much lighter and more convenient without a really long extension cord. We have trees around our whole house, so it's a constant need to have a blower. It's terrific! I really enjoy the ease of going around the perimeter of the house. It has a long enough battery life to get all the patios, the rock garden and the driveway, all at one time.

DO THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WARRANTY?

THEY DO! I have several WORX products and have nothing but good things to say about all of them. As it relates to the 20 volt blower. I have owned this product for 17 months when it started acting up. At first assumed it was the battery. It was not. I called WORX explaining the problem to them. 5 days later a replacement arrived at my front door. I could not ask for better service! Obviously, I have not tried all of their products but based on those I have would lead me to believe they have quality products and stand behind them when a problem occurs. Thank you WORX!
