Received the blower and love it. It is a third of the old one's weight. It is easy to use and it saves about 50% of time to blow off the patio, deck, and the front entrance. Absolutely would recommend it to anyone.
I tried the WORX blower yesterday and the battery only lasted 15 minutes or less. The outside temperature was around 90 degrees. I don't know if the heat caused the battery to overheat and stop working. I could not recharge the battery until the battery cooled down. I was only able to blow a few leaves on one side of my house, about 70 feet long by 8 feet wide. I was expecting to be able to do a lot more before the battery overheated and died on me. I will give it another try earlier in the morning when the outside temperature is under 80 degrees. My 20 volt lithium ion batteries for my drills have never overheated and I have used them for hours without any failure.
Like the way we can just blow the dirt, grass clippings out without having to move stuff to sweep. We feel the battery needs charging more often than expected.
I haven't had a chance to use it to "battery extinction" which is good cause it indicates a good battery life for what I'm using it for which is cleanup after mowing. Just what I bought it for. I liked it so much, I bought one for my neighbor who helps me a lot on projects.
