Disappointed with battery charge time

It is lightweight and easy to use. However, battery charge lasts only 15 minutes, not enough for any job. Even with a second battery, that's just 30 minutes-never quite finish a project.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and had hoped it would work well to get all of our leaves out of the yard. It really works well at entries, decks, driveways, and paths but not on the lawn. It does not have the power to do a good job on the lawn.

Thank you for your review. The WORX Air replaces the need for a broom as an innovative blower/sweeper with a maximum air speed of 120 mph.
We also carry an electric blower/mulcher/vac called the WORX Trivac. This blower has more power with a maximum air speed of 210mph. This product is available at (https://www.worx.com/en-US/worx_trivac_wg500.aspx).
I found the convenience wonderful as I could take it to the street without a long cord, but it is not powerful enough for a pile of leaves and doesn't give enough run time (usually only 10-15 min.) before cutting off and having to cool for quite a while..very Inconvenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your review. The WORX Air replaces the need for a broom as an innovative blower/sweeper with a maximum air speed of 120 mph.
If you have a larger area to blow or need to use for an extended amount of time we recommend purchasing a second battery, so that you will have a charged back up.
It is a nice blower, but only for very small jobs. It cannot handle the amount of leaves I have and therefore, I am returning it. Battery seems to run out very quickly.
I bought mine approximately a month ago! Like it very much, but as of yet have not been able to secure an extra battery ! The battery life is about 20 mins, but performs nicely with the job that I wish it to do. How and where do I procure an extra battery ?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for your review. The 20v MaxLithium battery is available at (https://www.worx.com/en-US/20V_maxlithium_battery.aspx).
good for quick jobs but really not enough power to do major work. It is nice not to have to drag a cord around. I am a retired senior with arthritis and I bought this to do light jobs that my landscaper does not do, like cleaning off the deck and front steps.
