Not as powerful as expected. Batteries last about 20 minutes.

It’s okay

Not bad, not great either. My gas leaf blower died on me and I have other Worx products that I love so I decided to try this. Not very impressed after 2 times using it. Has 3 different speeds plus a turbo speed. First 2 speeds barely blow a leaf. Third one isn’t bad, but not anywhere near as powerful as a gas blower. Turbo is almost at that point, but it drains the battery within 8 minutes so it’s not really worth it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super lightweight, lots of power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my dad as a father's day gift. He's approaching 60 and does heavy labor for a living. I want him to take it easy as he nears retirement and protect his body. He has been using a heavy, gas blower for years and I finally convinced him to give this blower a try (after testing mine of course). He loves it. Super lightweight. No need for gas cans. No string to pull start and hurt your shoulder. It has plenty of power too.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good for light jobs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who has a vast array of tools, I am always eager to try something new and have in my arsenal. I bought this for something to keep in the garage for light leaf blower as opposed to trekking down to my shed for any one of the 3 other blowers I have (handheld, backpack and push blower). The convenience of the cordless and shared batteries was my main attraction. Much like the Worx 40v pressure washer, this blower is good for light duty. No way could you blow a large yard full of leaves especially if they are wet. Also, upgrading to the 4.0ah batteries makes a big difference but that also adds about $150. I'd say if you have several 20v or 40v Worx tools, and only need them for occasional light duty use, they're a good product. But if you have larger jobs, the 40v systems still can't touch gas models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just want to point out to those reading this review that you are referring to out 2x20 volt PowerShare tools, also known as a 40 volt because they use two 20 volt batteries at once. Battery Removal Problem

I already had a Worx 20v leaf blower, but was looking for more power and run time. So, I bought this 40v (2x20v) leaf blower. The run time still isn’t very long. Worse yet, the batteries don’t like to be removed. I wrestle with it, as I don’t want to pry the batteries with a screwdriver and scuff or short out the unit. I quit using it. Bought the 56v leaf blower. The 56v is great, but Worx inexplicably discountinued it. The 56 is infinitely better than the 40.
