Good but needs improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the matching set in white. Love the capacity and the number of presets to minimize guessing the settings based on what you're drying. We also like that tge dryer has a steam option to release wrinkles better. On the other hand, the dryer does not seem to heat up very well thus not drying the clothes fully. We've had the dryer swapped out twice now (different reason below) and all 3 have been the same. Often the clothes come out cold and still damp after most preset cycles, even though the temp reads medium or hot. Last, the colors on the "matching pair" do not noticeably match. This is why we have had it replaced twice. While the washer is a bright white, the dryer is a slight off-white or cream color. Side note, have not used Wi-Fi features yet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

From surface to surface there may appear to be a color difference because of surface texture, light reflection, and the material itself. If you’re still experiencing issues, we would recommend continuing to work with your dealer/retailer.
