Terrible all around!

Doesn't dry clothes, most settings leave clothes still damp. Ive used the dryer only 3 times & there are many snags on my clothes. Each load had 3-4 items left with holes or long strings/snags hanging from them. I believe theres something inside the dryer they are catching on, as one other post mentioned the same thing. This dryer is terrible, especially for the price we paid!

Extremely dissappointing

I am sorry to write this review, because I am pretty easy to please in the W/D department, and have bought several washers and dryers in the last 10 years for different homes as I have moved. Unfortunately this dryer 1) does not dry the clothes - we have to run it several cycles to get even close to dry, and then we have to run an additional 20 minutes on the "TIME" setting 2) lint trap does not capture most of the lint which remains inside a deep opening in the front of the door - cannot get my hand or vacuum cleaner down in there. Plus the lint trap is only partially a screen which can be cleaned but also is a set of plastic grids that make the lint in that section also inaccessible 3) further to lint issues, when I remove the clothes, there is a lot of lint that still remains on the clothes. I have never had these types of issues with the other appliances manufacturers whose product I have bought.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features, very complicated

I just bought this dryer and after having it installed have noticed my clothes weren’t totally dry after I took them out. So some of the settings are complicated end the dryer doesn’t get too hot. Good news though my clothes won’t get ruined like it did with the old dryer we use to use that would over heat. I think just read the manual and make sure you are using the right setting for your clothes. I didn’t understand the static reducer setting and after g the manual realized it sprays water at the end of the cycle ... hence why the clothes would be wet. It has a lot of great features and fits all my bedding. I really love it and am going to learn the best ways to use it and dry my clothes with it. It’s very quiet too considering how much noise most other dyer makes. Can still hear it but it’s not at loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lint filter is terrible

Dryer is great. Lint filter is terrible. You MUST clean your filter and all around it before removing your clothes or you will get lint all over your clean clothes. The lint slips out of the filter and it’s all over the outside of the filter. The filter is also messy when cleaning out the lint. Makes a big mess. Would never buy this style again.

4 years old and already making a loud grumbling noise when dryer is operating. Can't wait to see what the service repair bill will be when the technician comes out. Countless number of drawstring shorts or hoodies that have lost the drawstring while in the dryer. Sensing system on dryer is worthless as well. I thought Ge would be an upgrade over the Samsung garbage we previously had, apparently not. Next stop LG.

Poor smart home abilities

It dries clothes but I bought it for it's smart home abilities. Contacted support, not very helpful. Blame my wifi when my wifi isn't the problem. Now I am stuck with a dumb dryer.
