Great Features and handy tool!

I did in fact buy this Portable Cleaner a month ago. The wife had brilliant ideas about an extensive Power Wash for the entire house. Thank God I was able to purchase a unit that provided the needed cleaning without the worry of excessive pressure or dragging a unit all over the yard and onto differing areas like roof access points. I was able to get targeted areas cleaned without the difficulty of a conventional pressure washer. BTW, I coached the boss, (my wife) on how to use this tool so that if she should see another spot that needs cleaning, she can assign that task to herself. One less "Honey Do"
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what I needed.

I own a small furniture store and we carry patio furniture that sits outside in the weather all year round. The hydroshot works perfectly and sets up so easily. It makes keeping the furniture clean a breeze.

It works well for what it is

This works well for small, relative quick jobs. If you think you'll use it to clean a large deck you'll be disappointed. But for small jobs the 40v power is good for about 25 minutes worth, and is again strong enough for smaller jobs. It runs through a five gallon bucket of water in a few minutes, so while the portability is great, refilling and toting a full five gallon bucket several times can become a chore. Overall I like it. It works as expected and will be useful.

GREAT for Portability

A few weeks ago, my mother wanted one of these, so I ended up buying two; one for her and one for myself. I have been used to my 2400 PSI gas powered pressure washer, but this is perfect for those small projects that doesn't require so much pressure. The suction hose would be a great feature when away from the house, but most of the time, I will probably use it connected to my water hose from the house, as this method does provide more steady pressure. I have purchased the car washing accessory kit, but it just arrived yesterday and haven't had a chance to try it out yet. There are several nice accessories available for the HydroShot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received and charged it up. Very easy to use and enough power to clean the bird droppings off my truck. I, unfortunately, park under power lines. Great build quality and heavier than I expected. Just ordered the spinning brush ......

Didn't know what to expect

My neighbor has the 20v and let me borrow it to "erase" a bad mulch delivery incident! I was really surprised at how well it did in washing away the deep, black residue left on my driveway! Though he gave me both batteries, I was not able to complete the entire task in one session (I got carried away at washing a side of my house first!!) This got me to thinking--hey, why not buy your OWN! So, I got one, (40v) and I was sure that I would be able to tackle the remaining task, but NO, after about 2 hours of charging, it took less than 40 minutes to run them completely down! I did not know beforehand that I wouldn't really get as much extended time (using high power) as I'd hoped for. This model is also quite heavy and I had to keep switching hands. I did notice quite a difference in cleaning my back patio, though the batteries didn't last long enough to complete that, either. I am convinced that this is NOT intended for heavy use but I will keep it anyway. My only complaint is the battery power: if I am using two at once, I should be doubling my usage, despite using it in high power!
