Needs longer lasting batteries

I bought this nearly a month ago. I used it twice and enjoyed the fact that I did not have to be attached to my garden hose. But I can't give this machine 5 stars because it does not last long for projects of more than 20 minutes with the batteries it came with. On top of that, charging them takes hours. I'm sure they'll tell me to upgrade my batteries and charger but I'm not interested in having to purchase another pair of batteries, (this machine uses 2 batteries simultaneously) along with another charger that will charge the batteries faster than the original one that came in the box. I am trying to return it but due to the Corona Virus, their operators are taking a lot of call, says the automated service. And yes, I've left my number for them to call me back. I'm still waiting. The return instructions read "Once you’ve retrieved your order through the Order Tracker or Order History, at the bottom of the order information, click the “Return this Order” button." There IS no such button that reads "RETURN THIS ORDER". I need to have this resolved before the 30 day return policy expires.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this a few weeks ago to do some light cleaning jobs around the house. I’ve used it a couple of times and it has not disappointed me yet!

I really liked my Hydroshot and was able to clean my patio, sidewalk, and bricks. I loved how easy it was to use (charge the batteries & hook up the hose.) Unfortunately the tip of the wand snapped off and I am unable to use it anymore.
I would recommend this to a friend!
