Easy to use but batteries are not charging after 2

Better than expected!

Just mowed my yard with my new mower. More power than I expected. I was looking for a place online where I could ask a simple question and found no way to contact anyone. There is a mention of Eco-mode being dialed in, and running it in this mode for easy flat surfaces to conserve battery power. There is no mention of how to do that in the manual or description or on the unit. Am I to assume this is an automatic feature of Intellicut and the operator has no choice in how to run it?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Batteries on the mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mower worked for 20 minutes and then stopped. Batteries were fully charged. Will try again but not happy with the mower time.

Defected product

I got the mower which is defected. The both screws on side are broken, one is loose and couldn't be tight up and the other is just too short. I have to send it back. Their product quality control is not working. They should check the product before sending it out!!! what a headache. Not only I spent time trying to put it together but to ship it back by Fedex which is not near by!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome Tools to have!!

I have weed eater, leaf blower, hedge trimmer and the 14” mower!! I Love them all! No gas!! Charge batteries and go. Will be buying more products soon.

17" work mower

I used this twice and the starter switch already broke can I get a replacement switch don't think its very dependable if I have replace this all time very disappointing
