I finally tried this out last weekend and it worked great. The portable bag that came with the blower is small and if you have a lot of leaves, you are constantly empting the bag. The only bad comment I would have is that I wish the hose was longer.
One of the downsides of living in New England is the annual chore of the fall leaf clean-up. Since purchasing the Worx Trivac this job eliminated much of the raking and bagging. Thanks for a great product.
Needs more thought in how to keep the top on the barrel, if you secure the top further down the barrel, the chopped leaves do not fall in the barrel but collect around the edgesof thetop and fall out when top removed. Any hints?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sorry about the issue. Perhaps try a bungee cord to better secure.
This system has made my fall leaf duties so easy. We have four very large trees which would take seven to eight hours to gather and collect, and up to eight 42 gallon construction bags to fill. The Worx Trivac and collection system has trimmed the job to three hours and three 42 gallon bags. I have my Trivac for three years and I wish I had purchased the collection system sooner then this fall. Thank You!!!!!
We recently moved and have a tremendous amount of leaves in our yard. I purchased this hoping that it would make collecting the leaves easier.....and we are so glad we made the purchase. It cut down the time and effort spent on clearing the yard/flowerbeds of the leave. The only "con" I have is that it does not stay on my trashcan all the time....so I purchased a bungee cord to help secure it.
I have used this tool for many hours on 3 different days. I like what it does but not the way it does it. I have trouble getting the cover to stay on the garbage can. Also the cover hangs over the can so that when I take the cover off it spills leaves all over. Third it is hard to get the Trivac separated from the LeafPro. I guess in time it will not fit as tight as it does now. I am not sorry that I bought it. It does save me time in the long run.
I bought this so I wouldn't have to have a heavy bag as I clean up leaves, plus not having to empty and empty the bag... you can just keep going with this. If you have a pile of leaves this works fast, mulches and all goes into the can. I found that my smaller garbage can would fall over and the cord taught cover would fall off. With my larger (heavier) garbage can it works much better. As I read in other reviews, installing a plastic bag and then attaching the cover adapter has less side leakage. The bag also allows for less heavy bags to put out for the garbage pickup, a can filled up will be very heavy. The down side is that I have found it a little challenging to attach to the garbage can top. By placing the hose over my shoulder, then I lean over the can centering as best I can while stretching the cover around the can and pulling the cord taught. The hose end just twists onto the bottom for a snug fit. I have not used the optional manufacturer connectors, there are several options. I almost gave 3 stars due to the effort needed to set this up on a can top, but the performance is very good once up and running. This will take a big pile of leaves and put it in the can for you.
I have had a lot of yard accessories through the years, but have found the Worx brand the best. From the quality of materials, to the "thought out" layouts of their tools, nobody even comes close. Thanks for the fine products!
