It's a MESS

I finally received my LeafPro Universal Collection System after approximately 3 weeks. I had purchased it because my leaf collection bag continually ripped and I was constantly sewing it together. This trash can "topper" is a MESS. The dust blows through the entire top cover and then down the sides of the can. I can not get it on tight enough to avoid the leakage. I would rather have the shoulder bag replaced even though it made the TriVac heavier to carry. The idea is GREAT, but the manufacturing is NOT! Bad purchase for me.
much nicer than the bag that came with it. That bag split at the zipper, and the replacement bag, which was rated "heavy duty", fell apart just as fast. I love the blower/mulcher, so I hope this leafpro collection system is not a disappointment.
I purchased the Worx Trivac last year and like other users, I found the constant emptying of the shoulder bag extremely tiresome. Seeing the ad for the garbage can attachment felt like the perfect solution and it certainly is! It's a good way to collect the mulch for various uses or just for disposal. Perfect!
We moved to a home that had tons of trees so i had to find an easier way of bagging them. Not only do i not need to bend down to pick up the leaves but i used half as many bags.
I have a collection bin with more of a rectangular shape. I had a tough time getting this to attach to it. But, once I finally got it on and hooked it up to my Worx vacuum mulcher, it worked great. I think it would likely be easier to use if you have a round bin.
I recently had surgery on my right foot so I cannot help my wife rake the leaves in the yard. Instead, I blow the leaves into piles and my wife quickly vacuums them up into our trash been. She then dumps the mulched leaves on the curb where they will be picked up by the city for free. My wife loves the LeafPro. It is a brilliant product.
I bought this last year - its a simple idea and works well. I have attached it to my WORX 3 in 1 leaf blower, mulcher, vacuum. Using this product makes the mulcher lighter and I can finish faster, since I don't have to empty the bag continuously. That said one compliant is that the mesh hood that you attach on a garbage can is too ventilated. In fact the mulcher creates so much dust that it seeps out like a cloud of smoke continuously from mesh hood and it becomes a very messy adventure. Imagine saw dust particles everywhere and on you. I wish they would have used better material like the material the Trivac mulcher bag comes with...just an idea!
I've never been disappointed by any WORX product I've purchased. This simple device is no exception. For years, living with two old growth oak trees, and a 50 year old pin oak, I've tried to solve the leaf problem (chaos) every way possible. Five season ago, I bought a WORX Tri-vac. But, it required filling the bag/dumping the bag/and repeat, endlessly. This low cost option works perfectly with my 96 gallon, city-issue yard cart, and allows non-stop vacuuming of leaves...touch them once and they are ready for pick-up. I've even learned how to manage the can, the Tri-vac, and the cord. You can do it, too.
