Have you ever used a gas powered chain saw? This Worx is perfect for most of us suburban home owners. We usually just have little braches and limbs that need to be cut up. The worx elimates the need for the long handled cutters that require a good bit of strength to cut up many of the little branches and limbs in the yard. In fact it is going to make the fresh cut on the Christmas tree easier. I love the jaws. They hold the branch or limb in place and help eliminate the dreaded bindups of the chain. I have purchased several Worx tools. This saw is a great addition. Saves time and works like a charm. If there was one flaw is the thumb trigger to start the saw. It is somewhat fatiguing after long use. But the saw is a great time saver. Love it.

My JawSaw was purchased as a Christmas present so I will not be able to properly review at this time. However I anticipate the JawSaw to be equal in quality, reliability and satisfaction as my 18V Edger/Trimmer, 18V Hedge Trimmer, 18V Blower, TriVAC, 13 Amp Snow Blower and Worx SD Drill which are all 5 Star products. I began using the Worx product in 2010 and will soon be getting the WORX Aerocart.

We have searched for something for the wife to use for some time now. She was afraid of my big chain saws, and all of the small limb saws either ran out of battery power too quick or didn't work on anything bigger than my little finger. My wife bought this for me about 1-1/2 years ago along with the extension. I love it! Works just as advertised. I have put it through a torture test using it on live bamboo that is bunched together so thick, you can't get a full arms length into the patch. If I wear this one out, I will by another one. The extension is a little tough to maneuver, but that is the only tiny flaw I can find in it! That accounts for only a "good" rating on comfort.

I purchased after I bought a 16 in chainsaw because of the handling and performance of the chainsaw. I am 72 years old probably have no business cutting down trees,etc. I use the saw for heavy work and jaws for trimming. my wife commented today that why didn't someone invent these when we were young. I am so impressed with your products and that is not easy, I managed a major mfg customer service dept, mostly keeping design engineers straight. Hats off to your company.

The JawSaw makes it so much easier and quicker to cut fallen branches for disposal. All you have to do is cut the branch directly on the ground or even the sidewalk. No bending over and propping up the branch for the next cut. It really is a worthwhile tool not to mention that it is much safer than traditional chain saws because the cutting chain stays hidden except when actually making a cut.
