it is so light and cuts so easily i'm actually on vacation at a friends and ordered one for them while I was there. they needed to trim a few things and the JAW SAW was perfect for they're needs. And THEY LUV IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife gave me this as a gift ten years ago. I love it so much, I decided to give a review. This sucker CUTS. Safely. Cleanly. Completely. Grab the extender while you’re at it, and those unsightly branches will be a memory. And needless to say, it’s durable.

chain problem

Works great for a few minutes then the chain falls off. Stays on long enough to cut 2 or 3 limbs. I have tried tightening the chain more, loosening the chain, nothing helps. Any ideas on correcting this problem? This has happened since the day I received it. Other than this problem it works great.

Very quick/sharp to cut, safe, easy to use. I also bought the extension pole and think the saw is just a little too top heavy for me to use, so that will be left up to my husband. All in all it is a great product and again holds up the the WORX name. PS: This is my 3rd WORX tool I have now.
