I have had my soul for about 2 years and used it twice 2 day I started to use it and it would not work no power could push to handle inn it's like something inside with broke. What do I do now where do I get it fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed something small to use on my 3 tree(s) and just didn't want to mess around with a gas chainsaw. I also didn't want to get hurt. The last challenge I was worried about was cleanup of the all the limbs I took down. I am absolutely amazed how much easier it was with this to just cut the limb(s) off but then to make them smaller chunks to be able to put in a waste bag for trash (recycling). Definitely paid for itself to me int he first tree we trimmed up last weekend. Also, comfortable with allowing my wife and adult children to help if needed because of how safe it is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
