Broke internally blade/saw will not move

When you pull trigger and push handle...the blade/saw will turn but not push the blade up to cut... useless. A piece broke internally so now the handle to push the blade up to saw limbs won't engage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm so happy about my Jawsaw . It is so handy & easy to use, Now I can cut tree limes for my self, Because it's easy to operate , It's not heavy easy to reach limes, .I'm happy that I saw the TV commercial. Do you sell tillers? I'm very please with my products.

Works great...WHEN the chain isn't falling off...

I've only been able to use it once since I purchased it because the chain finally would not tighten back up after the chain kept falling off every time I cut something with it. Then I misplace the stupid hex key for it so now it's just an expensive piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We bought this to help with the many trees that have to be cut down in our yard. We have had to dig out the chain saw for all the branches and cut and cut. We ordered this and all I can say is wow.It is over and above what we expected, it works fantastic and are thinking of ordering a second one, it is fast, easy and light weight. We love it and highly recommend anyone to buy and use it.

Bought this because I have a bunch of trees that hang over my fence and block out sunlight, and the branches are thick and strong, but not overly thick. Also bought the extension pole as we wanted to clear out a path for sunlight. What a job this did. The jaws help set you on target, then just squeeze the trigger and push on the handle to activate the chainsaw. My kids wanted to help (older teenagers), and I was not afraid to let them because they were protected. Did a great job, so now my back garden finally gets some sunlight and things are growing better already. Very easy to use, very powerful, and had a wider cut than I had expected. Absolutely love this tool.
