I love this chainsaw because I can actually use it. Other ones make me nervous. I bought my dad one who is in his 70s and owns almost every type of heavy duty saw known to man. I used in front of him once and that was all it took! Winner!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this with very high hopes I used it twice on two small bushes and it kept getting stuck and then started leaking the bar oil so I still try to use it I love your products but I dont like wasting money

I'm very sorry you have had that problem. I have had the issue myself with the jaws getting hung up in bushes. The chain pulls the branches into the jaws for a better cut but then the remaining branches can entangle in the jaw teeth. I just had to work the jaw free of the remaining branches. You should not have any problem at all with solid branches.
The oil is gravity fed and can sometimes leak depending on how the saw is stored. If I am storing the saw for an extended period I drain and reserve the oil .

Great Tool

I bought this a year ago and it has been the best tool for the homeowner to limb and prune trees and shrubs, I use it both spring and fall. I highly recommend this tool.

I bought the JawSaw last year Spring after it took me about 30 minutes and a sore arm to manually saw large limb off of tree in my front yard. I am afraid of chainsaws but this looked safe enough and easy enough. I am a small 50+ worman so whatever I used had to be easy to handle and lite. It works effortlessly, is very easy to handle, and not too heavy. I got to use it only once. When my teenage son saw how easy it was, he took over and now whenever I need any work done that requires the JawSaw, I only have to ask once. That in itself is worth the cost.

I am a female disabled women. This is so safe and easy to use. I find myself picking up branches all over the neighborhood just to use it to cut up bon- fire wood! Love it love it.

Chain comes off continuously

I have tried to use the jawsaw for 2 seasons after receiving it as a gift. It would be a wonderful product but every cut or two results in the chain falling off. I keep reattaching it and 2 cuts later it is off again. I get so frustrated that I go back to hand cutting. Not worth the price or frustration. This seems to be a real product defect that I see a lot of online comments with the same problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really Cool And Safe Chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought a couple of weeks ago and finally got around to using it today. I was surprised at the ease to use. One thing I really liked was being able to stand over limbs and cut thru without worry of running chain in the dirt. I am going to get the extension so that I can trim trees with ease. Thank you Worx. My second Worx tool. Will buy more.
