I purchased this tool as I have a lot of overgrowth and saplings on my property and am continuously trimming and cutting. This makes the process so much simpler, and safer.

I went out today to cut down two large trees and the jawsaw was a beast. It tore through the branches with ease. I am a 53 year old women who used a regular powered saw in the past and it took forever to use and my shoulder and wrist was hurting after doing the work. I am glad i decided to try the jawsaw it was the best thing that I could have done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my saw I would recommend it for the ladies that are slight afraid of the regular chain saws. The only issue I have with it is it gets jammed and I have to pull off the battery to get it to stop. Other wise it is a great tool!

Jaw Saw not so

I purchased this two months ago and on the second use the chain came off twice. 30 refund is well below what most tool Mfg give. This is top heavy and for tree triming is not suitable for the job. Cutting wood on the ground it is still cumbersome.

I have used it at least ten times in an attempt to determine how to keep the chain on during use. It comes off every time!

Hello Valued Customer!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review with us. Try taking the cover off put the new chain around the bar, making sure that the links mirror the little image on the tip of the bar (to make sure the links are going in the right direction)place the chain around the sprocket and seat the bar in place. Hold the tip of the bar outwards and at a slightly upward angle put the cover back on and tighten it in place, while continuing to hold the bar outwards and at an upward angle, to remove any slack tighten it all the way and you should be good. By holding the bar outwards while putting it on, will remove extra slack. Tipping the tip of the bar upwards helps improve the tension, which means fewer issues with the chain coming off
