We really like the tool. Works great exactly what we were looking for. Only complaint a little top heavy at full extension.

great trimmer when it worked.

I bought two months ago and used several times with good results, however, it has now stopped working and the only result is a click when I activate the switch.

I just received this hedge trimmer with extension pole. Instructions minimal, only pictures. Nowhere does it show that you have to remove an end cap from the tool. Consequently I could not get head to click into pole. Eventually figured it out. Agree with other reviewers the trimmer should be usable when detached from pole. Also wondering what chainsaw is compatible either this pole?
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Trimmer

Just used the trimmer on a high tree. Was able to finally reach the top of the tree. It's hard to maneuver when fully extended and at a 90 degree angle. Instead I found using a step ladder and setting the head to like 60 degrees is better and still able to trim the top of the tree.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I'm a 4 ft 11 inch tall female and had no problem using the trimmer fully extended to trim our 12 foot hedges. Dont get me wrong, I wouldn't be able to continuously do this for the full charge but taking a few breaks, I was able to trim top and sides. Looks great
I would recommend this to a friend!
