Great tool

This is a great addition to my other Worx products! Even if you have the regular trimmer, which is great for smaller shrubs and bushes, this is a must for the taller bushes and small trees because of the extension! Put the ladder away and get this!

DID NOT WORK!!!!!

I received my hedge trimmer, assembled it as directed, charged the included battery, and it did NOT work. Therefore, I returned the tool within a few days. It is rather heavy for an older person to operated, especially for areas needing extended reach. I hope I can receive a refund of the purchase price - this tool is not useful to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

great tool. the only negative is that is really heavy, especially when using it at an angle. Need to have alot of arm strength

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great, my only disappointment....... the battery dosn't work in my other 20v tools. This is a new design battery and charger. Glad I bought the complete set, or i would have had to return and reorder. also to bad it dosn't work without the extention.

Amazing Versatility!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this right before the early summer trimming and I am so glad that I did! The trimmers are perfect on all jobs that require more than the standard set, whether it be height, depth, or angle of shrubs. I used the trimmers for nearly two hours on one charge. These are wonderful! The only thing negative that I can mention is they are light but the weight is at the end so over time they feel heavier, but that is to be expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!
