[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this thing is awesome and love that the battery change between tools since I have all worx tools I use this for trimming my ditch (7 foot deep and 15 feet wide ) that runs whole distance of my property one thing I would love is the hedge trimmer head comes off and the weed trimmer head goes on so I can reach all the ditch now that would be a great tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had other extended pole hedge trimmers and so far this one far exceeds them in both cutting ability and the sturdiness of the pole. Even when it is extended the cutting end does not flop around like the other product I have.

I own more than 20 WORX products, most of which are gardening tools and none have ever disappointed me. They are reliable, well made and for me as a 70 year old woman, easy to handle. The tools are also easy to use right out of the box-- no extensive reading materials are included. Straightforward assembly instructions and explanations are included as well as any necessary attachments. I am more than happy with the WORX items I have purchased and am always on the lookout for other items that will make my gardening projects even more enjoyable. As happy as I am with the tools and other products the Customer Service personnel is right up there with being so kind and so knowledgeable. They are such a credit to the company!

So glad I purchased this trimmer. I have bushes around my back yard that are about 9 feet tall and that gives me, what amounts to, a free privacy fence. But boy are they a pain to trim.That is ,until I got my new hedge trimmer. With my other trimmer I would end up dragging a ladder around my yard just to trim the tops of the hedges. The first time I used my power share trimmer I was able to reach the top of the hedges by just a simple extension of the pole. WOW!! That was great. No more dragging a ladder around my yard just to trim the tops of my hedges. I feel much safer with both feet planted firmly on the ground instead of perched on a ladder and the hedges look great. Thanks for a great product. This is the 3rd Worx tool in my garage,next to my hydro shot power washer and gt leaf blower, and it definitely will not be my last. I'm very happy with all of them. Thanks for a great product line.

Why no strap; too darn heavy!

This thing is too darn heavy to use. I have the regular cordless Worx hedge trimmer and love it, so I thought I'd buy this to avoid ladders and to be able to reach the top that I can't reach even with a ladder. I just tried this for the first time, and it's just TOO heavy. It should include a strap that goes around the body like the Worx video from the UK. I just wasted my money on this thing, and I am not happy. When people tell you it's heavy, unlike my stubborn self...believe them. I'm a 71-year-old woman who pretty much does all my own lifting/carrying/etc...but this is just too hard. I gave up after about 10 minutes of trying and will have to hire someone. Obviously someone at Worx knows this needs support to be useful since the UK video shows a strap, so what's the deal, Lucille?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
