Just unloaded my trimmer and read the owners manual
as the battery charged. Assembled the unit, tested all the features
and inserted the battery. Took it outside, removed the blade protector
and hit the switch. The motor made noise as if it was running but the blades
never moved. Reread the manual and retried. NOTHING. Got on the website
and received no troubleshooting info. Therefore, sadly disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] works great, my only disappointment....... the battery dosn't work in my other 20v tools. This is a new design battery and charger. Glad I bought the complete set, or i would have had to return and reorder. also to bad it dosn't work without the extention.
I would recommend this to a friend!

DID NOT WORK!!!!!

I received my hedge trimmer, assembled it as directed, charged the included battery, and it did NOT work. Therefore, I returned the tool within a few days. It is rather heavy for an older person to operated, especially for areas needing extended reach. I hope I can receive a refund of the purchase price - this tool is not useful to me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many times each summer, I exposed myself to bodily harm trying to trim the top of decorative trees in my yard. Climbing up ladders and reaching farther than I should to trim the shoots and branches at the top of the trees was always dangerous. With this adjustable pole, hedge trimmer, I don't have to use lean out from a ladder to reach what needs trimming. The tool still requires some gyrations to get all the branches and shoots trimmed, but I can safely do it now.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extension handle too long

Need shorter extension for use on shrubs along edges of lawns, curbs, etc. Easy for Worx to offer this option...said they would months ago. Current extension handle to long for most yard work.

Super good cuts. Easy to handle for this over 70 year old. So happy I have it. No more climbing a ladder to trim headges!
