I purchased this tool so I can trim the bushes that are inconvenient to trim using a regular trimmer on a ladder. The tool works great. My only comment is that the tool becomes head heavy when using at the fully extended length. When it is fully extended you need some good hand strength. Other than that it worked great and I was able to trim the bushes from the ground. The battery has lots of energy and can go for a long time.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The tool cuts fine. The problem for me it that it is extremely heavy and you cannot even use the cutter without the extension poke.

As a senior citizen I try to avoid climbing on ladders. This trimmer will make it possible now for me to be able to keep the higher bushes trimmed neatly without risking life and limb.

This product would be better for a homeowner if the extension pole was removable to turn it into just a cordless hedgetrimmer. Not everyone needs a constant long reach trimmer.

Awkward, clumsy and slow

Extremely happy it was back in stock. Had GINORMOUS hedges to trim. When extended you have to be 1980s Hulk Hogan to use. The blades don't move very fast, it's actually slow, it weird. I have nothing good to say about this tool and it was too late to return. I have lots of worxs tools. Weed trimmer, blower, regular hedge trimmer and vacuum. All great. I guess that's the one good thing about this awful trimmer is the battery share between all tools.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
