I bought this with high expectations based on the advertising. However, it turned out to be a hydro squirt where the only thing I can use it for is watering flowers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this the other day for the first time to clean out the bed of my truck and it worked awesome! The only draw back is if your using a bucket or something with limited wate supply is goes fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve purchased a number of Worx products and have been both pleased and impressed by their performance. Reviews are misleading. The idea is great. However, this is NOT one of their successes. This is no more powerful than a forceful water hose nozzle. Does not meet my expectations. Save your money.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your feedback and are happy to help. Sometimes the Hydroshot will not prime water because there is an air pocket that forms inside the water pump after long time without use, or right out of the box. In order to remove this pocket so that it may self prime water from a portable water source, you must hook it directly to a garden hose and run it with a fully charged battery for about 20 seconds. In order to connect a garden hose, you must unscrew the orange male connector from the bottom of the tool and then a garden hose will adapt right to the bottom. This should fix your issue.
