Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it on my car a couple times,it did clean well,seem to air lock quit a bit.i jury rigged the end of the hose so it stays in the bottom of the bucket. It's nice and quick to clean car off in the winter after the snow gets it all dirty,the bottle attachment works great for that. Nice to wash the back window of suv off before putting in garage. I'm excited to use it on my house window in the spring.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used it twice and both times ran it long enough to spray 10 gallons of water trough it. First time was to spray off concrete at a discgolf course. Second time was to clean a wooden swing. Both cases i was unable to get a hose to it. Battery stil had plenty of charge left. Unit has good pressure and is portable, unlike a water hose.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this and does not have power. It is very week. I have bought several things and they are great. This one I will return.

Compared to Hydroshot purchased in December 2017

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore out the hydroshot I purchased in 2017 and saw the advertisement for new hydroshot with max. 415 psi, but new product sticker shows max. 320 psi same as 2017 model. I called Customer Service but they could not explain the disparity. The pressure in actual use is less than the 2017 model. I am disappointed in the applied pressure, but other features make the hydroshot a useful tool. I like the battery sharing feature and I have multiple Worx tools, but if asked for recommendation I would suggest other mfgs. depending on the tool and the task. Specifically for pressure washing and leaf blowing.

Hello there! Thank you for sharing your experience and review. The maximum rated pressure of 415 PSI can be achieved when using the Hydroshot with a garden hose and the nozzle set to 0 degrees. The rated pressure still remains 320 PSI under all other scenarios. Thank you for choosing WORX tools.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a very loyal WORX customer with multiple tools. I ordered the Hydroshot for quick cleanup of birdbaths, patio etc. did not have enough power to do what I wanted it to do I will continue to buy only WORX item. For light cleanup only.

Hello, Respected Client! It's disappointing to learn that your 20v hydroshot fell short of your expectations. Please keep in mind that we have 40v power cleaners available for difficult jobs. I recommend that you look into those. However, we welcome your opinion on our 20v hydroshot because it helps us understand where we can improve.
