[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this after viewing an ad on TV in which it showed a much more strong power of the water, after I got it and tried it, I was very disappointed with the amount of pressure that it had and returned it the same day!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be passed up to the appropriate department. WORX is striving to reach all lawn and garden enthusiasts on their level. We understand that the power and some features of the WG620 may not meet your expectations and would love for you to try the WG649. It is a 40V Hydroshot Ultra operated by two (2) 20v batteries. It is highly recommended for its power and 725 PSI . Should you need further assistance, please contact our Solution Center at 866-354-9679 Monday thru Friday 9 am to 6 pm EST.

Bought this to do touch ups on my school bus, car and truck.
Use the water bottle method on my school bus as we have no water supply where we park. Our transportation department has been displaced since Harvey.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this earlier this month and I have been able to easily clean without hassle. Quick to connect and easy to use. Great product for the price. 4.0 battery has plenty power and run time, but it is nice to have an extra battery on hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Battery Takes Forever to Charge

I recently purchased the Hydroshot Portable Power Cleaner and am VERY DISAPPOINTED in the minimal battery run time and long time it takes to recharge it. I just finished working on a small project and the battery has been charging for more than 4 hours and 'still' isn't completely charged. Had I known this, I would not have purchased the unit.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. We do have high capacity batteries that will double the run-time on your tools. We also offer a 60 minute quick charger. Please check your email as I have contacted you offline for further assistance.
