Good for light cleaning not for yard cement clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable cleaner is good for light wash aroung the house but not strong enough to do the yard cleaning. The battery is quick to run out of power, had to recharge too soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

More portable Than Power washer

We were able to power wash without wheeling around a bulky machine. Also able to clean where a hose was not available.

Practical but not strong enough

Pressure is not great but what I like is the fact that it is portable. You don’t have to connect to hose just a bucket of water.

worked great but

i bought this unit about 3 or 4 month ago it worked fine after the last time i used
i changed the battery for about 3 hours the red lite stayed blinking i left it on charge
all that day now the green lite is blinking i left it on charge for that day sane thing
i got a battery from my son to see if the charger was bad but the same thing my charger is good the battery is bad

My husband was right

I have had the sprayer for almost a year unused in the box, yesterday I decided to power wash the picnic table, I hooked it up to the hose with the included attachment. Not the amount of power I was hoping for ,I applied some muscle with a hand scrub brush, half way through my project the hose connector broke. Bummer,1st use out of box ." You get what you pay for" my husband commented from his lawn chair. I hate to say he is right.

20Volt cleaner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the twenty volt sprayer with two of the options. One was the quick connect for a garden hose and the short hose that I use with a gallon of water. I had problem with the supplied long tube. I couldn’t draw liquid from a bucket.

Hi! When using a self-drawn water source (like from a bucket or lake), it may take up to 20 seconds to start pulling water through the hose and Hydroshot. If it is still not working, check the following:
- Check the connection by gently pulling the hose. It should not easily pull off. If it does, reinstall by making sure the hose clicks into position.
- Check the intake filter at the end of the hose to see if debris or dirt is clogging the intake. Clean and reinstall if necessary.
- Confirm that the hose is not being compressed or kinked, or being restricted in any way.
- Make sure the intake filter is floating just under the water’s surface and not touching the bottom, any dirt or debris that may prevent water from being drawn into the hose.
- Remove the orange hose adapter by unscrewing it from the machine (which may require an adjustable wrench). Verify that the rubber gasket filter is still in place and see if any debris is blocking the filter. The Hydroshot will not work properly if the filter is missing. Reinstall the hose adapter and hand tighten, or tighten with a wrench if necessary. Do not overtighten. Additional rubber gasket filter screens are sold at most hardware stores and by WORX.
- If the supplied 20ft. hose is securely attached and the unit is not siphoning water from your water source, try attaching a household garden hose directly to the machine. If it works with the direct household connection, flush the machine for at least 1 minute, reattach the supplied 20ft. hose and try siphoning from your water source again. (This is also a helpful step when bringing the machine out of storage.)
If all filters are installed and cleared and all accessories are securely tightened, re-install the long lance and nozzle, change the pressure setting to High, and try again. Keep the Hydroshot no higher than 5’ from the water source to decrease the travel distance between the water and tool.

Leaky poor design

Every time I use this product I also get washed because the connection where you connect the hose to the machine leaks like a sieve no matter tightening checking washer's different hose does not matter there is something wrong with the design for how you connect the host of this because it leaks like a sieve. I would use it more if it would not leak everywhere.
