[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I love it ! Used it to clean the decorative bricks around my flower bed ! Wow ! No effort ! Brought them sparkling clean ! I have one just the same in PA ! A sure buy ! Keep those Worx products coming !

Worked fine for a couple weeks then broke the nozzle part is plastic so it’s easy to break
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great versatility

Got one of these last year. One of the most useful tools I own. Very versatile. If you own a boat it’s a must have. Just throw the hose over the side and wash it down

Light weight yet powerful!

I am very pleased with my Hydroshot. I no longer have to drag my old pressure washer around the outside of my house. This is a great tool to add to your Worx tool collection!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the multiple water source IE bucket, hose etc...is amazing. is there a shorter extension nozzle for tighter working spaces. i'd like to use it to clean inside a bathroom shower

Worx to a tee !!!

I needed a power sprayer to reach the top of a apple tree that my pump up sprayer could not reach. After looking at the Hydroshot i thought that will reach the top of the tree and will also work well for some small pressure washing jobs that are just too small to bother hooking up the large pressure washer( bird bath ). I have had no trouble reaching the top of the tre.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The idea of this little machine is great!

This would be a great machine if I could actually make it work. I purchased for the idea of using a five-gallon bucket to wash small items around the house and not have to hook up the garden hose to wash anything, especially in the winter. I have tried all the troubleshooting methods, and none of them have worked. I haven't used the garden hose attachment yet because that would be my last resort. If that is what I would need to make it work each time, I will ask for a refund for the machine and all the accessories. I made sure as soon as the product was delivered that it was brought inside the house. The battery wasn't fully charged, so I just one of my other batteries that were already fully charged from one of three other Worx products I have, which was fully charged. I set it up onto a workbench down in my heated basement with the water in the five-gallon bucket. With the Hydroshot just about a foot off the floor because I wanted to wash out behind my workbench. It would not pull any water thru. I then tried the pop bottle attachment and even had to cut the hose a little after the first three attempts realizing that the hose/straw was hitting the bottom of the bottle. I cut about a quarter-inch off to see if that would help. With no luck, I have not had any luck with this Hydroshot. Suppose I get it to work with only a hose attachment. Worx will be getting my product back. I have liked all their other products this bugs me because it does work as advertised. I rated it as fair due to the size and the price of it.

The Hydroshot may need help with being primed. For the 2 liter bottle, turn the Hydroshot on and squeeze the bottle to help push the water through. For the 20 foot hose, try submerging the hose in the bucket of water for a couple of moments and then connect the hose into the Hydroshot. After you do that, lift the Hydroshot only like 2 feet above the bucket so the water doesn't have to go so high up in the beginning and once the water starts flowing, you can use it like normal. Every once in a while, you might have to do that if you haven't used it in a while.
If that doesn't work try hooking it up to a garden hose and turn the garden hose halfway to get the water pushing through it and then after a couple of seconds, it will start working.
If it isn't working after the three steps, please contact our Solution Center at 866-354-9679 for further troubleshooting.
