I purchased this item a couple of weeks ago.It's okay,but I feel I should've got the 40V one instead of the 20V.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your honest feedback, as it gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve. If you are interested in more power we do recommend our 40V Hydroshot. We do have a couple of models check them out here https://www.worx.com/lawn-garden/portable-power-cleaners/hydroshot-tools.html.
Thank you for choosing WORX!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After seeing some reviews online, I thought this was going to be more difficult than it actually was to use. It's actually quite easy to put together If you follow the instructions. I had no problems using it right out the Box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Hydroshot is a good idea, but it doesn’t work well. The stream is too weak and when you haven’t used it in awhile, the device’s motor gets jammed and may not even work after you read the recommendations to fix that. Apparently, Worx knew something wasn’t right when they published such a document.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review! We greatly appreciate your honest feedback, as it gives us a better understanding of where we need to improve. The WG620 has a 320PSI. WORX does also offer other Hydroshots with a higher PSI. If you need a more spot-on cleaning, we may recommend our Turbo Nozzle, item WA4037. If the tool stops spraying when it hasn't been used in a while, try priming the tool with a garden hose, it should work just fine after.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago and it has been a game changer. Being battery operated help with the mobility, especially when I'm cleaning the windows around the house or any other task.
The option of using a bucket or a hose are outstanding, but using a hose will increase the PSI power.
I highly recommend this pressure washer
