Good for light cleaning not for yard cement clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable cleaner is good for light wash aroung the house but not strong enough to do the yard cleaning. The battery is quick to run out of power, had to recharge too soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I could not get it to raise water so it never worked I returned it for a refund

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! Sometimes the Hydroshot will not prime water because there is an air pocket that forms inside the water pump after long time without use, or right out of the box. In order to remove this pocket so that it may self prime water from a portable water source, you must hook it directly to a garden hose and run it with a fully charged battery for about 20 seconds. In order to connect a garden hose, you must unscrew the orange male connector from the bottom of the tool and then a garden hose will adapt right to the bottom. This should fix your issue. When enough is enough

Bought this in May 2021 and I am very happy with the purchase. Gives me flexibility and portability to clean what can't be moved. I also like that at home I don't have to drag out the power washer for jobs that don't need as much pressure. My only desire would be for a short wand like I have seen in earlier models, think it would be enough and lighter, easier to manage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am very pleased with this power cleaner. Strong enough to clean without ripping off my arm. Just need a bucket of water, no long hose to deal with.

Utter disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so happy to get this product -- I had so many things I wanted to use it for. But once I got it put together and tried it out, I was completely disappointed. My regular hose has more power than this (even when this was hooked TO my hose). The water stream from the Hydroshot wasn't strong enough to clean dirt off my porch..it wasn't even strong enough to clean pollen off of my car. I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. This is boxed up and will be returned for a refund.

Poor design of nozzle

After using on driveway paver bricks, the rotating outside nozzle ring became bound up and almost impossible to select another setting. Called the factory and was told wait time was going to be long and recommended using the Chat line. Clicked on that icon which reported the wait for a chat would be 45 minutes! I don't have the time to wait around for a chat or a live conversation.

Poor Design

This machine is very frustrating to use they give you an extension wand but omitted short wand so you cant get to wash the side of your boat dock. I purchased the soap dispenser separately and it doesn’t attach to the brass end of the new hydro shot design!!

All of our Hydroshot attachments are now to be attached directly to the tool. Only a turbo nozzle can be attached to the lance.
