not worth the money.

not enough power. only good for removing loose dirt. will not pull water from bucket. i bought it to wash boat after a day on the water. just barely good enough for that

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be passed up to the appropriate department. Sometimes the Hydroshot will not prime water because there is an air pocket that forms inside the water pump after long time without use, or right out of the box. In order to remove this pocket so that it may self prime water from a portable water source, you must hook it directly to a garden hose and run it with a fully charged battery for about 20 seconds. In order to connect a garden hose, you must unscrew the orange male connector from the bottom of the tool and then a garden hose will adapt right to the bottom. WORX is striving to reach all lawn and garden enthusiasts on their level. We understand that the power and some features of the WG620 may not meet your expectations and would love for you to try the WG644. It is a 40V Hydroshot operated by two (2) 20v batteries. Waste of money

Lasted after a week of usage then the only it worked was with the pressure of a garden hose. I purchased it because of being portable from a bucket/2ltr bottle of water. I would love to get my money back after these years of collecting dust.

Disappointed with update

I was excited to get this as I have numerous items needing to be cleaned. The pressure ls less than the regular garden hose I was using before. I am disappointed.

Multi purpose tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy using this product. I also use it to spray liquid weed killer. Works great for that too. Maintain filter and washers or you will have a loss of pressure. Worx should supply extras. Be careful not to touch gun area after use as it does get hot.
