QUICK CONNECT LEAKS AND LEAKS SOME MORE

Who likes wet shoes? Not I! I took this out of the box, attached the quck connect accessory for a garden hose and it leaks so bad i was soaked in a very short time. Its as if there were no O-rings at all. What a let down. Please advise as I really don't want a piece of leaky junk for the money paid.

battery life worthless

i have used this waser twice each time battery last 10-15 minutes than almost full day to charge. This product is worthless.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. The blowers are the most energy consuming, and you can expect about 10 minutes from them at high speeds. We do have high capacity batteries that will double the run-time on your tools. We got the 40v for using on the boat and dock, have used on screens and patio furniture! The lake hose(?) is a great feature!
Where can I get additional filters? Sometimes the filter will get plugged and then it won’t spray... cannot find on your site.

not enough power. only good for removing loose dirt. will not pull water from bucket. i bought it to wash boat after a day on the water. just barely good enough for that

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! Your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be passed up to the appropriate department. Sometimes the Hydroshot will not prime water because there is an air pocket that forms inside the water pump after long time without use, or right out of the box. In order to remove this pocket so that it may self prime water from a portable water source, you must hook it directly to a garden hose and run it with a fully charged battery for about 20 seconds. In order to connect a garden hose, you must unscrew the orange male connector from the bottom of the tool and then a garden hose will adapt right to the bottom. WORX is striving to reach all lawn and garden enthusiasts on their level. We understand that the power and some features of the WG620 may not meet your expectations and would love for you to try the WG644. It is a 40V Hydroshot operated by two (2) 20v batteries. Waste of money

Lasted after a week of usage then the only it worked was with the pressure of a garden hose. I purchased it because of being portable from a bucket/2ltr bottle of water. I would love to get my money back after these years of collecting dust.
