Solid design but no pressure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a few other Worx products and love the way they work. The Worx battery pressure washer has a great design and it really can be used in many ways. However, I found that the pressure was horrible. I have a 3/4” hose that gives amazing pressure. I thought once hooked to this tool I’d be able to blow dirt off anything. That was not the case. It took a half hour to wash the lid of a 4’X3’ storage box and it still was not even clean. I think if they are able to up the pressure somehow, this will be the future if pressure washers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well for my purpose

This was purchased for specific usage. The lower pressure (vs regular pressure washers) seemed ideal for my purpose. It was! and worked well. My screens are clean and whole.

QUICK CONNECT LEAKS AND LEAKS SOME MORE

Who likes wet shoes? Not I! I took this out of the box, attached the quck connect accessory for a garden hose and it leaks so bad i was soaked in a very short time. Its as if there were no O-rings at all. What a let down. Please advise as I really don't want a piece of leaky junk for the money paid.

battery life worthless

i have used this waser twice each time battery last 10-15 minutes than almost full day to charge. This product is worthless.

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! WORX batteries run different amounts of time depending on the tool, but for the most part, the 2.0 Ah batteries average about 20 minutes of run-time. The blowers are the most energy consuming, and you can expect about 10 minutes from them at high speeds. We do have high capacity batteries that will double the run-time on your tools. We got the 40v for using on the boat and dock, have used on screens and patio furniture! The lake hose(?) is a great feature!
Where can I get additional filters? Sometimes the filter will get plugged and then it won’t spray... cannot find on your site.
