[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with your hodroshot. Power cleaner.I live in a two story home,and washed my whole house with it.It used less water than other pressure washers,I have my own well,and don't like to use it when we are having a dry spell.with this product,you can use it and get your job's done without running a lot of water.I would recommend this product,to all.

Poor design of nozzle

After using on driveway paver bricks, the rotating outside nozzle ring became bound up and almost impossible to select another setting. Called the factory and was told wait time was going to be long and recommended using the Chat line. Clicked on that icon which reported the wait for a chat would be 45 minutes! I don't have the time to wait around for a chat or a live conversation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

easiness to hookup and use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had met an appraiser at a client's home and he saw they had the Worx in the basement and explained how happy he was with the Hydroshot. That night I placed my order for one and when it arrived a few days later, I used it the next day to clean my screened in porch water the garden and all was so easy and it worked well. Just recently ordered the attachments and can't wait to use them with my Hydroshot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a little more powerful than those non-powered attachment to the garden hose, and it is more durable look. No need the hose is nice to do some work outside the yard. It would be nice to have storage bag or organizer box to store it.
