Easy to use.

Used it next to my pool. Was able to use extra hose to get water out of my pool instead of a water hose. I bought 4 more for Christmas peasants.

Did Not Work

The instructions indicated "priming" was needed to get it to work. One method was pouring water into the tiny hole with the unit running. That did not work. I tried squeezing water into it and that did not work. The unit would not suck in any of the water in. I then hooked it up to the sink faucet and still the water would not go in. The only other option I did not try was hooking it up to the outside garden faucet since this was mid winter in my area and temps were below freezing. It seems that it was too much trouble to get this thing working. I expected it to be an easy hookup and immediate start. Looking on- line, I read reviews by others and it seems it was a 50/50 chance to get this unit working. Too bad. It was a good price and I thought a named brand like Worx would be the way to go.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and review with us. It's unfortunate to learn that your Hydroshot is not working as expected at this time. In order to get the Hydroshot to spray water, you must first prime it with a garden hose by attaching the hose directly to the gun.
Once this is done, you will be able to use it with a portable water source with good pressure. In order to attach the garden hose, you must first remove the orange male connector at the bottom of your tool by unscrewing it. Once this is done, a garden hose will attach right to the bottom of the tool.
You must simply run the tool for about 20 seconds, and then you can remove the hose and re-attach the orange connector, and use it with a portable water source normally.

Has just a little more power than my garden hose. siphon doesn't work. Don't waste your money.

Using portable power cleaner

It was easy attaching the tool to my garden hose. I was somewhat disappointed with the power stream lack of power and distance. The combination sprayer head does make it easier to clean my bbq grill.
I would recommend this to a friend!

disappointing. leaked and no power

Not very powerful. The gasket leaked and it was defective when I connected to hose. Tried to use at lake for boat and it was a painful process to prime it. Returned it.

To not have to drag out the garden hose to wash the car in the winter months is a great feature , next will wash the windows on the camper with out dragging things around
