I used it yesterday to wash the car and was disappointed in the performance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought one for my service technician (HVAC) to clean a unit where there was no water hose bib so no way to water wash the unit. This thing did great. 2 - 5 gallon buckets of water to rinse after chemical washing the unit and it worked great. we really could have done it with one. In reality, this is a high power garden hose but enough power and uses so little water, we were impressed. So impressed, we bought another. Hooked it to the garden hose and on one battery. cleaned up my back yard deck of leaves and spring crap that gets all over it and still had 2 bars on the battery. It's not going to power wash a house but for a quick, grab and wash we love this thing. Like I said, it's a high power garden hose but with enough power to use in our business and around the house to get done what we need done. I'm going to stock all my trucks with one so, no more excuses as to why they can't clean an air conditioner because the hose won't reach.

I could not get it to raise water so it never worked I returned it for a refund

Thank you for sharing your experience and review! Sometimes the Hydroshot will not prime water because there is an air pocket that forms inside the water pump after long time without use, or right out of the box. In order to remove this pocket so that it may self prime water from a portable water source, you must hook it directly to a garden hose and run it with a fully charged battery for about 20 seconds. In order to connect a garden hose, you must unscrew the orange male connector from the bottom of the tool and then a garden hose will adapt right to the bottom. This should fix your issue. Love the portability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago and it's great!! I wouldn't use it to try and strip paint or anything but washing your car or boat it's tremendous. The only thing is to make a better clip to hold the hose to the bucket cause it likes to keep slipping out and then the tube goes right to the top and you get no water just air.
I would recommend this to a friend!
