chain comes off about every 5th cut.

Bought this at Xmas last year. Finally tried it out in spring. Was only cutting 1" to 2" limbs and the chain came off constantly. I called Worx and there solution was to send me a new chain. Same issue. This would have been the perfect accessory for my yardwork. It's a shame as I have several other Worx products.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. New chains will go through a period of stretching. I recommend checking the tension every 3-5 cuts and re-tensioning if necessary.

Amazing saw

I have only had the chance to use this a few times but I’m very impressed. This beast rips through everything I put it on and battery life has been amazing!!!!

Good For Small Projects Around The House

I bought this several weeks ago....very happy with my first Worx purchase. I have 70A of mature timber and tired of my gas chainsaws hard to to start for small projects. This is good for limbing and small projects around the house, but no substitute for cutting firewood, etc....My only problem with this is that it throws the chain if you try to cut upwards. Make sure you cut down and slow and all is fine. Very quiet compared to gas saws.
