Great product!

I received my new portable vacuum a few weeks ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how much suction it has and at what a good job it does. It really helps in making vacuuming my car a much easier job. Some family members already have asked to use the vacuum. I'm very happy that I purchased this product!

Just got this today very happy with the vacuum but it’s missing the tools! I have other Worx products and a big fan of the company. This is the first time I’ve had a problem. It’s after 5 p.m. where I live on a Friday night and can’t even leave a message for customer service. Oh Well......

So easy to use

This little vacuum has just as much power as my full size vacuum and makes it so much easier to vacuum out vehicles and boat. Very light weight and is so nice not to have to plug into 110 v outlet, being it uses same 20 v battery as the rest of my Worx products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It’s OK

It vacuums ok but the hose needs to be a little more flexible. 4” is a stretch. You need to hold the unit down to get the 4”. I was unable to open the release door. The button that opens the door to let the dirt out doesn’t work. When I was finally able to reach someone it will take about 3 weeks to get a replacement. I haven’t received it yet so I hope it doesn’t take longer than that. I’m a little disappointed in this product. I have 7 or 8 of Worxs products and this is the 1st one that I’m not overly impressed with. My recommendation shows yes but only if they improve it.

Really handy!

This is a powerful, versatile little vacuum. Whether I'm vacuuming the car or small messes in the house or leaves that find their way into my she shed, this does the job. Much more powerful than your average rechargeable hand vac, and the fact that it shares batteries with the power washer and drill/driver from Worx is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Handy compact package - clever Design.

Works fine, I like the on board storage for the brush crevice tool. Could have a little more suction power. The filter, at least on mine is the only problem area. I found it almost impossible to separate the filter assembly. The locking tabs are too tight, and getting the filter out of the cage caused the outer screen to torque and wrinkle. The filter is tiny, and will need cleaning very often, so this is a problem.
I called Worx, and they are sending me another one. Will see if it has the same problem. I might have to do a little “work” on the locking tabs if it has the same problem.
But overall pleased with the vacuum.
