I recently received this unit. Only used once but I impressed with the suction and portability and happy that I can use the batteries from my other worx systems.

Not much suction

I have owned for almost one year. Unfortunately it just doesn't have a lot of suction power. Purchased for the cars as well as dust from the pellet grill. It has a hard time. I have at least a dozen works tools. I am happy with all of my purchases, (well maybe not the light).

If you are experiencing decreased suction some causes may be
1. the filter element of the
dust cup is full of dust.
2.The battery low
3. The hose blocked
Try this:
1. Clean or replace filter element of dust cup
2. Remove the battery pack and insert
charger for charging.
3. Straightening hose after power-on can
inhale some foreign body

Mediocre suction

I have a few Worx 20v power share tools that I like and would recommend: the blower, the weed eater, and the air pump. But this isn't one of them. I regularly am disappointed by the power and suction, and often just have to go get my upright vacuum to get the job done. I will most likely end up buying a more expensive cordless vacuum for the small jobs this thing doesn't do very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
