Disappointed

I am very disappointed with this vac. I bought it because I transport rescue dogs. I bought so I could vacuum out my car after each transport instead of getting my shop vac out. It does not pick up dog hair/fur. Was a waste of my money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WORX Super Fan but very disappointed

I have been looking for such a portable vacuum for ages, and I LOVE WORX products. I thought this would be the perfect fit, but alas I am so disappointed. I have tried to use it in multiple places such as my car and art classroom. Very little suction. It barely picked up pencil shavings near the pencil sharpener. It also is near impossible to clear the hose if there is by chance a jam. no access. Extremely disappointed in this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light, Strong and Portable

We bought this vacuum to take on vacations for quick and fast cleanups in our car. We use it not only for our trips but also for quick cleanups at home. It's so easy to use and remarkably it has great suction. It is light and extremely portable. Absolutely love it.

It Totally Sucks

I have with 4-1/2 inch Nitro saw and corded leaf blower. I have used them quite a bit for my projects. The leaf blower I got is on their lower end, but I'll tell you, I'll never rake leaves again, as it made gathering leaves so easy.
This cute, very portable little vacuum on the other hand, ranks in the top 5 worst purchases of my life. I've had this about 1.5 years. At first it seemed good enough to pick up the smaller pieces of wood and drywall particles. Now, it is pretty much down to just fine dust, flour, sugar spills. It can't pick up quarter of an inch cube drywall fragments. Recently I used my Ridgid to vaccum up mice droppings on the hanging ceiling tiles in the basement. Of course, while moving ceiling tiles some dropped to the floor. This Worx vacuum barely could pick up the droppings off the floor. In fact, you have to stretch the hose upward vertically to ensure the droppings fell into the vacuum. I do not recommend this piece of crap. You will regret it the more and more you use it. And yes, this is using the same Nitro 2.0ah battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

While the WX030L used for lighter use it can pick up small messes like cleaning sliding door tracks, spilled sugar, saw dust, fine sand or other small messes. It may be that you are experiencing decreased suction due to the dust cup being full. We would recommend clean the dust in the dust cup, or replace the filter.
