Great feature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fact that the power pack is separate from the trimmer, so it can be replaced if it ever becomes defective. Previous trimmers I had stopped being chargeable and had to be discarded. So far, so good.

I purchased this item for my wife. My wife enjoys shaping bushes. The 8" shear made the bushes manageable for shaping. The 4" shear blade is perfect for shaping the bushes. The tool is light and easy to maneuver. The battery lasted over an hour. We are power share people. It is easy to change the battery.

Good idea but underpowered.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a number of WORX tools and have always been happy with the performance and quality. This is my first negative experience with the brand. This tool is seriously underpowered and bogs down in moderately thick grass patches. I haven’t tried the hedge trimmer yet so this review is only for the grass clippers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

VERY disappointed

I have only used this tool about five times since I purchased it last year. Today it simply STOPPED working. Battery is fine and charged. Tried another battery, still NOTHING. Very, very disappointed. I have recently bought a lot of WORX tools and hope this is not an indication of things to come with them as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Light Weight!!

We liked it so much we purchased one as a gift for my parents about a week ago and they already love it. The two heads for the trimmer are great too.

It is easy to use, light weight, holds the charge really long I was able to trim everything I needed in one charge, very powerful cuts through more than I thought it would. I actually love doing yard work now. I have a Worx blower that I love and that is why I thought I would try another tool. I am hooked .
