Owners manual instructions are useless. There is no text, just vague pictures. The wheels for the unit just keep falling off. The 20 volt system is underpowered compared to the Worx 40 volt unit that I have.

Thank you for your honest feedback—we’re sorry to hear about the frustration with the instructions, wheel attachment, and power performance. That’s definitely not the experience we want for our customers.
We aim to make our manuals as universally understandable as possible, which is why they rely heavily on visuals. However, we recognize that this approach doesn’t work for everyone, and your input helps us improve how we communicate with our users.
As for the wheels and power concerns, we’d really like the opportunity to troubleshoot and help resolve these issues. Please reach out to us directly at worx@positecgroup.com so our team can assist you further.
Good, but the auto-string feed doesn't seem to work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second workx weedeater, the first one lasted like the first worx weedwacker lasted 10 years..Bought another one in 2024 and the handle that you hold just broke while weedeating. Was hoping the work might be able to help with this issue..The quality was on target till now..
Unit was simple to assemble although the instructions are somewhat difficult to understand due to lack of written instructions - pictures only. Once assembled and I charged the batteries, the unit took off. The line was initially tangled on the spool, so I had to disassemble and rewind the string - not a difficult job. I was amazed on how long each battery lasted. Unit seems to work good!
This is my third one in the last fifteen years. I do a lot of trimming around trees in the woods and they finally wear out. I love everything about them and all my other worx tools , though this trimmer is missing the extra spool holder.
